Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of OpsDrive Pro ("OpsDrive", "we", "us"), an online operations platform for mobile auto detailers and other on-location service businesses. OpsDrive Pro is operated by John Preston, and by using the service you are contracting with John Preston. By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

OpsDrive provides tools for scheduling, travel-fee quoting, client records, cancellation recovery (SlotRescue) and receipts. Travel distances are estimates from third-party mapping data; you are responsible for the prices you charge your customers.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the customer data you enter.

3. Free trial and subscription

  • New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start.
  • After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription of $19.99 USD per month (plus applicable taxes).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
  • If the trial ends without a subscription, access to the console pauses, but your data is kept so you can pick up where you left off after subscribing.

4. Billing, cancellation and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You may cancel anytime; service continues until the end of the current paid period, and no further charges are made. See our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Use OpsDrive only for lawful business purposes. Do not send unsolicited or spam messages to phone numbers stored in the app, attempt to access other businesses' data, or interfere with the service.

Ownership

OpsDrive Pro retains all rights to the software, documentation and branding. You may not reverse engineer, resell or scrape the service.

6. Your data

You own the business and customer data you enter. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free mapping data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms and will post changes here. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
